The poetess of this poem is Kuntala Banerjee, the author of Travelogue of Kuntala. Her travel stories are awesome and her poems are absolutely lovely. Today I am posting one of her creation on my space.
Concealed within your brightness, I feel thy grandeur
Your enigmatic charm fills my heart with wonder
Spreading your magic wand of power and divinity
You enchant me with your pristine beauty.
Can I float into your wonderland?
Can I dance with you hand in hand?
Can I sing in your glory?
Can I hide you in my memory?
Elegance is your pride, I respect thy serenity
Your simplicity captivates me into a world of tranquillity
Creating around me a vicious circle of eternity
You soothe my soul with your touch of purity.
You are limitless
You are endless
Your happiness is my boon
You are the moon, my sweet little moon.
You enliven my soul with strength and valour
I bow my head before you in thy honour
My dreams await to be true
