The Haunted House

Hey readers I know I have been posting after a long time in Paranormal. Actually I was in search of something different.
While searching for paranormal stuff I came in contact with Melissa Wilton from Canada who isn’t only a paranormal investigator but also a lovely homemaker. As I was talking to her she told me about one of her case of a Haunted house.

Yes I know in most the paranormal cases there are haunted houses but this one is different. One thing I would like to inform, for privacy concerns I won’t be revealing the property owner’s name, evidences and place.

So here now we will read what Melisa has to say about it.

Melissa: My team was contacted by the client who described various activity in the house, including seeing a man in their home office, having things move, sounds, etc. We set up a time to go conduct an investigation. We had a team of three of us go in November 2017. The investigation was mostly uneventful, the sensitive that we worked with felt the spirit of a small white dog, which the client had seen on multiple occasions. Upon review of my audio, I discovered that we did get one response to a question that I asked. During an EVP session, a team member commented that they heard footsteps upstairs, I asked if we had a camera facing in the direction of the sound, at the time, we heard nothing, but on the recording, we could hear a man’s voice quickly saying “no”, which was the correct answer to the question I asked, we did not have a camera facing in that direction!
On that investigation, we also captured an image of something on the stairs.

We were in touch with the client on and off through the holidays and in February 2018, with an increase in activity, we decided to go back for a follow up investigation. This time, it was myself and one other investigator, a sensitive who was not there the first time.

The night before the investigation, I had a dream that I was at the client’s house with her and I began to see spiders everywhere. The dream was extremely vivid, I have never had a dream about a client or upcoming investigation, so I decided to look up the meaning of the symbols in my dream. My research indicated that she may have a strong male, protective energy in her home.

While at the investigation, the other team member I had with me, talked about a protective male spirit, a family member from long ago, possibly. While we were conducting the investigation, our EMF detectors indicated several anomalies in a few random spots, like a desk chair, where the readings were high on and close to the chair, but not anywhere else in the room. As well, our EMF detector spiked randomly for no apparent reason, while sitting on the counter. This is something that happened in the same spot on our first visit, and we still cannot figure out what was going on.

As well, while doing EVP sessions, we heard knocking and tapping at random points, with no explanation. When you listen to this on the audio, it doesn’t seem like much, but knowing what was happening, that it was disembodied, it was very exciting!

Upon review of our footage, we also discovered that orb like specs seem to follow the client around. When she is in the room, they are in the room with her, and when she leaves, they leave. There were no orbs in any rooms that she wasn’t in, despite other people moving around in the rooms. This is very strange to me, I’ve never seen anything like it, and so I find it very interesting!

The sensitive that was at the second investigation felt strongly that the client was sensitive and had protective spirits around her, with this information, combined with all of the video, photo, and audio, we helped the client find ways to learn about potential sensitivities and work on them. I am still in close contact with her. The activity continues in her home, though it doesn’t scare them. In fact, a dream that she had helped them discover that they had an electrical problem that would have caused a house fire, if they had not found it!

Now that was Melissa’s view on the investigation. But as I question a lot here in this case even I asked her a few questions. Here it goes.

Me: My first question if they are protective spirits why did she ask for investigation as your sensitive said that the client was the sensitive herself. The spirits didn’t do anything to her even?

Melissa: The client wasn’t aware that she was sensitive or that the activity in her house was surrounding her, we put it all together through our investigation process. She still isn’t able to communicate with whatever is in her house, she’s learning to receive the information and try to analyse it.

Me: In many cases we have heard from mediums that’s if there are protective spirits at a place and if someone disturbs them in dreams which is supposed to be a lucid dream they feel choked. Or any sign of warning to stay away is given. Was it the same in your case as well?

Melissa: No, I didn’t experience being choked in my dream and neither has this client. The protective nature of this spirit is different than that. It’s more of an observing loved one that feels protective in a living way, not in a possessive way.

Me: Since when is she facing the activities at her home?

Melissa: She has had experiences her entire life, but the activity seems to be picking up the older she gets (She isn’t that old, for the record lol).

Me: Does she live alone?

Melissa: She lives with her husband. He also experiences the activity.

Me: Any close person of her who might have demised?

Melissa: There wasn’t anyone that she could think of.

Me: So the spirit only protects her? Or her husband as well?

Melissa: Well, it seems connected to her, but he definitely benefits from it. For example, the dream she had about a fire caused them to check everything and that’s when they found the fuse box smoking, and severely damaged, much of it was melted. If they hadn’t found it, their house would have burned down for sure.

Me: How old is the house they are living in?

Melissa: About 30 years.

Me: Seems these spirit or spirits maintained a code of honour… Did they try to mess with you and your fellow members?

Melissa: Not at all. They didn’t seem interested in us at all the first time we went. The second time, there was a lot of minor activity, but nothing negative or scary.

Me: The house they live in was it inherited? Or they bought it?

Melissa: They bought it.

Me: They are mostly interested in her. And which means there are no chances any of you carried any energy from there with you. And the sensitive or the medium who accompanied you on your second visit to it what were his views about the spirits?

Melissa: No, definitely not, we didn’t. The sensitive felt that it was an older male spirit that was connected through family to the client.

Ok, Thank you Melissa I will end my questions here.

Melissa: You are welcome.

So readers from here we get to know that all spirits are not bad. They are good and protective too. I hope you have enjoyed the read. Once again I would like to remind you that due to privacy concerns I won’t be revealing the property owner’s name, evidences and the actual place of incident.

I will end this article here. See you soon. Till then, keep reading, keep commenting and keep supporting.

Take care

My Dee Dee’s Diary

Hello once again readers. Welcome to interview zone. Yes I know you have noticed the change in the title. Well, sometime back I met this awesome, lovely and courageous lady who had decided to stand up for the millennial women and improvise their lives. So I thought of taking her interview for you all, my lovely readers.

The lovely lady I was talking about is Dee Jackson who is not only a teacher but a blogger as well. You can always follow her, read her articles at So from here I will directly move on to the interview.

Me: Hi Dee. Welcome to Interview Zone. Shall I proceed with the questions?
Dee: Yes.

Me: What made you want to help millennial women?
Dee: I am a millennial woman myself. When I was younger I struggled so much with simple things like relationships, finance and my career. I also had an extremely hard time with low self-esteem and just loving myself in general. I’ve spoken to so many other millennial women and realize that we all have the same struggles. We all need someone to help us out and that’s what I want to do.

I understand the struggles that millennial women have and have the answers to help them get through it. I’ve experienced what they are going through and have come through the other side and want to help them get to the other side too.

Whenever people talk about millennials and millennial women there is always this negative stereotype that we are lazy and entitled. Through my blog and through the worldwide community I am building, I want to help change those stereotypes. With my help, millennial women can become the successful, confident and independent supernovas they were always meant to be.

Together we will also help other women embrace their awesomeness, grow as a person and create the kind of life they have always wanted.

Me: Wow, That’s impressive. You are a teacher. So what do you do in your free time?
Dee: I spend most of my time on my blog, lol. But in my free time I love to design clothing and sew. Creating new things from thrown out pieces is also a love of mine so up-cycling from the thrift store and creating new items of clothing from those is the best thing since sliced bread.

Recently I started doing photography and have even begun using the manual mode so yay!

In addition to these things I have hula twice a week, run my very own YouTube channel to connect more with my millennial sisters and I also do a lot of painting and design illustration.

Me: I need to take lessons for you about many things. Ok moving on to the next question. Apart from helping millennial women online have you ever thought of giving a speech or doing it in person?
Dee: Yes! I am starting small now but I have actually spoken to large groups of women on a variety of topics and want to incorporate this into my business and brand.

When you’re able to talk to women in person you’re able to connect with them more and really understand where they’re coming from and where they want to go in life.

Within a year and a half one of my goals is to hold conferences, webinars and develop courses where I have the opportunity to meet these women, share in their experiences and have them see that I am a real person who wants to help them and to get to know them on a one on one basis.

Me: You also have group on facebook to help struggling bloggers known as “Blogging Bawses”, you are already a well-established blogger so why do you want to help them?
Dee: The blogging world is honestly way too competitive so the goal was to build a community for growth. I want to help other bloggers as much as I was helped when I was first starting out.

Blogging can be hard and it can be even harder when you’re going at it on your own. No one needs to be by themselves.

If you need help, I’m going to help you out.

Another of my goals is to build a Facebook community for millennial women where we can help each other grow. The vision is to have it be a tight community of women who understand their worth and help others to see it too.

Me: You never fail to amaze me. If you were not a teacher what career would you have chosen?

Dee: I honestly didn’t choose teaching. I always say it chose me. God allowed a series of events to take place in my life that led me to be the teacher I am today.

Now that I understand my purpose in life, I couldn’t think of anything else I would rather be than a blogger.

When you are a blogger you have the unique and exciting opporunity to meet new people and help so many more than the ones in your local audience.

You have a chance to change the world.

Me: I have noticed one thing either early morning or late night whenever we talk you are always cheerful and positive, what is the secret behind that?
Dee: You think I’m cheerful and happy? Why thank you!! Lol. It has taken a lot of work and time to be the person I am today. If you had probably spoken to me two years ago you would have been so shocked.

Being a Christian pays a large role in the way I act and being in Japan has stretched me and allowed me to grow as a person.

I also just choose to be happy. We all have conrol over our emotions and have the power to not let them dictate how we want to feel.

I choose to be happy. I choose not to worry. I choose to smile.

Me: As you mentioned you fall into millennial group have you ever faced any serious problem regarding that? If yes please do share the incident with us.
Dee: Ooh momma! Have I faced any serious problems? Heck yes! I didn’t like sharing my story with people but understand that other women can learn from it.

When I was younger, low self-esteem and the earnest desire to fit in led me to marrying a guy who I thought would solve all these problems.

At first it worked until he revealed who he truly was and my self-esteem took an even deeper dive.

For years I was lost and broken and tried to take my life twice. Thank God those attempts didn’t work and I am alive today because of His mercy and grace.

It took a lot of healing and help to get to where I am today and that is why I am so determined to help other women.

Me: You have mentioned you are writing books to help millennial women all around the world. Have you published anything yet?
Dee: No I haven’t just yet. There are two main ideas that I have been working on. In the mean time I have created a horde of workbooks and worksheets which my subscribers can access in my resource library when they sign up for my newsletter.

I have also been working on new resources for the library in time for the relaunch of my blog My Dee Dee’s Diary on June 30th.

If you worried about accessing my site, it is live. I’m actually doing a live rebranding so you can access new, amazing content as soon as they are uploaded.

I will have at least one book published by year end though and the next one with two years. I promise!

Me: I will definitely wait for that. Last Question. Any suggestions for the millennial ladies all around the world?
Dee: If there is one thing I would like to let all of my fellow millennial sisters know it’s that you are so much more than you can even imagine. All the dreams and goals you set for yourself when you were younger, you can achieve them and more.

There is a supernova hidden within you and with time and effort you can realize your full potential.

I just hope the world will be ready for it when you do!

Ps. I love you all and I believe you so when you think you have no-one in your corner, just understand that I am in your corner…. ALWAYS!

That was such an inspiring interview. Readers I hope you liked it, loved it. And personally through this interview Dee taught me a lot.

Anyways readers. Thank you for reading. See you again soon.

Interview With the Fashion Blogger

Hey everyone I am back after a long time. Yes on this new website but the contents would remain interesting as usual. Today on Interview zone I have Katherine Wallace from Katherine is a known fashion blogger and in her blogs she explains the products very well. So I shall proceed to the interview.

Me: Hi Katherine. Thank you for accepting my invitation for interview zone. So shall I proceed with the interview?
Kat: My pleasure. Sure. Go ahead.

Me: So how did you decide to become a fashion blogger? Was it a thoughtful choice?
Kat: I decided to become a fashion blogger because I love all things related to fashion and beauty, they have always inspired me. One evening I suggested starting a blog to my husband as a way to harness my creativity and share it with family, friends and whoever else stumbled across it. My husband was super supportive and now I have been blogging for about 4 months. I would say it was both a thoughtful, and spontaneous choice. Thoughtful in the sense that I knew this was something I was passionate about and had a drive to do. Yet spontaneous because it was a very spur of the moment choice to actually start my blog.

Me: Wow that’s awesome, So How was the response initially? Share some moments with us please.
Kat: I feel that the initial response was everything I could have hoped for. All of my family and friends were very supportive and couldn’t wait to see the content I was creating. I found it very touching that so many people in my life were interested in reading what I had to say. I have a hard time pinpointing any specific moments, because the whole experience has been so overwhelmingly positive.

Me: Do you think Organized Stores keep an eye of the fashion bloggers?
Kat: I definitely think that brands keep an eye on what bloggers are posting and saying about their products. However, in the past I believe brands have focused mainly on bloggers with larger followings. In the past year or so it seems that brands are starting to see the importance of micro-influencers when it comes to marketing. Micro-influencers (1,000 – over 10,000 followers, subscribers) can drive a lot of traffic to a store if they give a positive review of a product, or wear a brands clothing often. Personally, I have had brands interact with my posts on social media (likes, comments, ect.). Therefore I think it is safe to say that they are very aware about what bloggers are saying about their products and how even small bloggers can have an overall impact.

Me: Whom do you envision as your target reader?
Kat: I envision my target reader being a young professional or entrepreneur between the ages of 18-35. But in all honesty I think that anyone who has a love for fashion and beauty will enjoy reading my blog.

Me: There are a lot of people following you on your fashion blog. How do you manage this huge number of followers?
Kat: Other forms of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter are major factors as to why I have the following that I do. By putting myself out there on all of those social media platforms I am able to reach a larger number of people on a daily basis.

Me: What motivates you to blog?
Kat: Other beauty and fashion bloggers really motivate me. Every time I go on Instagram, Pinterest or WordPress I see the content that is being put out by other bloggers. Sometimes I’ll see an outfit on someone with pieces I would never have thought to put together, but it looks amazing. This makes me look a bit closer at my own closet and try to look for pieces that I thought wouldn’t go well together before and make an outfit with them.
The same goes for the beauty side of my blog. I will see a colourful makeup look on Instagram and be inspired to try something similar. I think that is one of the amazing things about being a part of the blogger community, it is always so inspiring.

Me: That’s great to know. So my last question for you would be would you like to give any Any advice for all our fashionable readers?
Kat: Use fashion trends as guidelines, not rules. Find your own personal style and rock it, regardless of what the current trends are.

Katherine, that was a lovely advice

So readers this was Katherine for you today.

And I really hope you enjoyed reading.

Magic of Foundation

Foundation is one of the essential components of the base make up but we have to struggle to choose this perfect foundation so it suits our skin. Of course it is a struggle to find a perfect foundation but if you keep in mind some basic facts, you can easily find the right foundation for you!

I will start with skin type. While selecting foundation for your skin, your skin type plays a very important part. You can’t just go and buy any random foundation, right? You need to buy foundation as per your skin tone and skin type. If you have yellowish skin you can buy any warm shade of foundation. And if you have a reddish skin you can opt for cool shade. Many even have neutral skin tone in this case you need to choose the neutral shade foundation.

Matte Finish foundations are recommended for oily skin. For dry skin choose a foundation that would consist of moisturizer as well. Those who have normal skin type can choose any type of foundation according to their preferences.

How to choose your foundation shade?

If the skin is oily then choose a shade lighter than your original skin shade because the oily skin has the tendency to oxidize the foundation. If the skin is dry then you can choose the foundation according to the shade of the skin. The same applies to normal skin.

Use your Jawline to choose the foundation, not the wrist. First of all the foundation you want to buy, apply it with your finger on your jawline. Now let it mix well with the skin. Then wait for some time. Go out in the daylight and see if the Foundation shade is right for you because only during daylight you can determine your exact skin shade.
If possible, wait for a while to see if the Foundation’s shade is oxidizing. If everything goes well go ahead, buy it.

Now while shopping for foundation online take out the foundation which you are already using. Now see which shade is suiting you and your skin. Find the name of your brand and shade which suits you the best and google it. You will find many links that will show you the swatch of the Foundation’s shade. Now compare your current foundation and the picture of the swatch you want to buy and also watch your skin in the mirror in the day light. If you are getting a shade nearby then search the name of that shade again. Keep in mind it is impossible to match a shade in one go. If you find any swatch almost nearby your skin color then you can buy it as well.
Take time while you are browsing for foundation online, if you can give time then you may get the perfect foundation for you on online.

See you soon, Take care
